It use to be a decent community when Alexander ran the place. Now they have a girl named Julissa who is rude and a liar. When my hot water heater broke and soaked my carpet she made me live with wet, moldy carpet for a long time because she didn’t like me. Update: The staff is STILL amazing! Office and maintenance staff are very organized and stays on top of everything, they're always helpful and pleasant to interact with. The maintenance man Irie, is amazing very respectful and professional. While the rent is higher than what I would expect living in Lorain the comfort provided by the office and ground staff make it all worth it. My husband, son and I lived here for 2 years and never really had any problems. Julissa is an amazing property manager, great at her job and tends to any concerns very quickly and efficiently! I will say, given the minimal space and storage, the townhomes aren’t worth the rising rent prices. The newly renovated units are beautiful though! Also, having to pay $100 a month for water was overboard. Overall, it’s a quiet neighborhood, everyone is friendly and we never had any issues with anyone!
Jalissa is a gem. Great customer service, friendly and very professional.
