Evergreen village has been great to us! Have went from renters to homeowners and very happy with office gals and maintenance men! Would recommend to everyone!!!
Moving in was fast process. After that they pretty much didn't care about anything. Everything was very cheap and they had an attitude whenever maintenance was needed. The locks were broken the trim was super cheap and broke constantly. The worst part was when we decided to move. I bought a house for me and my family of 7 so we had to break lease. I was told by Sara and the office staff that I would be able to work out a payment plan for early lease termination fee. I called Yes communities several times only to be ignored a... read more
