I would strongly caution anyone considering living at Evergreen Village at Delta Ridge. When we moved out, we left our apartment in excellent condition. The unit was thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained, yet we were still charged an excessive cleaning fee that felt completely unjustified. On top of that, we never received our security deposit back despite repeated attempts to get answers. So we moved across country for work and the reason we picked this 2x2 apartment was not only that, the apartments are very spacious, well worth the rent for the amenities as well as the peace and quiet that you can't even hear your neighbors through your walls..But the staff is incredible! Absolutely give credit to Shianne Heideman, she is amazing and she made moving across the country so easy that I didn't stress as much out with our move because of her. 100% five stars!
UPDATED TO ADD: Management has soured. Not actually supportive of building community within the complex or with staff. Uses illegally obtained materials by complaint to edge out those who genuinely build community and support. Violations of equal housing are rampant and poor quality of the buildings tacks on a distrust in safety of the apartment. Trying to move asap as a result. Great team and beautiful property!
Ive lived at evergreen 6 months. Its peaceful, clean, safe. My townhome is lovely. Spacious modern warm meets all my needs. The office staff go above and beyond. The grounds are well kept. We live in the most beautiful safest part of Eugene. Close to valley river mall. Stores and shops So for me and my boyfriend we are happy we found Evergreen
