The staff is always so nice and they’re great with my cat! Booking online is easy and I love that it shows availability for the okemos location too. Lansing is always a little further out on appointments, but I’ll always wait a little longer for my cat’s annual checkup to be with Dr. Jess. She’s kind and explains everything perfectly.
We moved to the area recently and were very happy with our decision to take our pups to Evergreen! They are so nice and friendly there and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice.
They have been my fur baby's doctors ever since she was born and I have nothing but praise for them. Staff is so kind, accommodating and they treat every patient like superstars. when I adopted my second baby, they added her to my existing files with zero problems. Dr. Z and Bri are just angels on earth and they treat Lulu and Coco so good. Appointments are straight to the point, exams and tests are super quick and they recommend exactly what your babies need! Best veterinarian's in town.
The Vet and staff were friendly and nice and they explained things in an easy to understand way. They listened to our concerns and made sure they addressed all of them.
