I contacted Evergreen Turf yesterday to ask if I was able to purchase one roll of midiron sod. The gentleman that helped me said I could stop by on Tuesday which I just did. A young lady helped me and directed me to the pallet of midiron and said "there's no charge". I offered her a tip which she refused. She just told me to have a nice day. Totally unexpected. What great people they have working there.
I recently ordered sod from Evergreen Turf to DIY the sod for my backyard and had a great overall experience. My order arrived right on time the night before the installation, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Charlie delivered and worked through some unique challenges on our small roads. He did a fantastic job.
Delivered…. A day early. No notification of delivery. No warning. Even called day before scheduled delivery date to confirm time. Update: They reached out with excellent customer service and made it right. Shoutout Candy!
