Jessica was very knowledgeable and kind. I had a few about 17 rolls that were not in the best quality but are being replaced to finish off missing area. So far I’ve been loving on the KBG and my family is excited to play on it in a few weeks.
While the initial agreement went smoothly enough, the end result was terrible. I had 6500 sqft of fescue sod delivered, 800 sqft of which was unusable or missing. At least 10 rolls per pallet were cut unevenly, torn, or ripped and shredded. Trying to lay sod so that it’s even and level when it’s in that condition was traumatic.
