Evergreen Tree Services did a fantastic job with our backyard tree. Terry and Jack were very punctual, professional, and polite throughout the whole process. They thinned out the tree beautifully, making it safer and much tidier, while still keeping it healthy. Both of them were efficient, responsible, and left everything neat and clean. I highly recommend Evergreen for anyone looking for quality arborist work.
Terry and his crew were a pleasure to work with, and the entire two-day process was seamless. Terry was very accommodating and flexible with the timeline. We were impressed by the quality of their work and their attention to detail when discussing angles, hight and seasonal maintenance. The clean up was excellent as well. Our yard looks beautiful, and we will definitely be calling them up for annual maintenance jobs on our trees ☺️
The prompt and clear communication from Terry was so greatly appreciated after several other companies failed to even acknowledge our requests to quote our job. There's a real art to pruning without completely changing the character of a tree, and Terry & his team took great care in achieving a very good balance between reducing height, thinning, and maintaining a visually appealing and natural looking shape. The trees border our neighbours properties and Terry and his team dealt with our neighbours in a very thoughtful and respectful way, including clearing up any cuttings which landed on their side of the fence.
