I did a tour with Lorrie Byrd and she was very professional, we were very pleased with the apartment and everything they had to offer. I will definitely be applying for an apartment with Lorrie.
I moved in March 10. Ms. Anne was amazing with helping me get settled. She was patient and polite! I had to bring my kids to finish up the registration process, she waited on me and even offered my kids (age 2 and 4) snacks while we waited. She was a great help. She even followed up after I moved in to make sure everything was good :). I love it here! The hardwood floors are everything! Granite counter tops in the kitchen; I love it! Move in and drop my name :)
Beautiful complex, exceptional renovations and floorplans, warm and friendly staff, amenities galore!!!! Evergreen Terrace is an awesome place to live, very safe and quiet, just minutes away from Duncan Park and downtown Fairburn. You will absolutely love it!!
