I will never use this woman again! She was rude and very unprofessional on phone when I was checking on my taxes and then charged me twice for her fee. Never got credit issued so I had to issue dispute with my credit card company. NEVER AGAIN! Her fee is way too high and my taxes are simple.

One of the 5 star reviews is from her son. What else do you expect from family? I went to her once for tax prep. She gave me minimum and maximum quote. When I went to get my taxes, she had miscalculated my returns and forgotten to include an unemployment claim, and she wasn't sure how to run some calculations and had to call TurboTax support. I gave her all the correct information, she made the mistakes. Afterwards, she increased the fee by $50 because she had to fix her errors, keep licensed renewed, and pay her employee. H... read more
