This place is TERRIBLE!!! This guy charges $20 per month late fee as fast as he possibly can. He leaves HIS lock on your door many weeks after you are paid up (my friend tried to get in well after the bill was paid but he had padlocked and left it unattended). He refused to let us sell just a few items out of the unit! He showed up and bullied my friend’s veteran dad!!! If you are just a few days late, expect to get nasty phone calls and texts! Top-notch service and easy access. This storage unit exceeded my expectations for 6+ years. The staff is friendly and helpful, and accessing my unit is always hassle-free. Even during snowy days, they ensure the pathways are clear, making it convenient to get in and out. Highly recommended.

The entire storage rental process was flawless. They even offered to sell a lock for the storage unit, which was provided right in the unit upon arrival the first time, saving the extra hassle of having to run to a store. Unit was clean upon rental. My items remained safe and dry. Interactions with this storage rental company were immediate, clear, and concise.
