**BARN IS BEING SUBDIVIDED AND CLOSED.** Owner is putting homes in what is now, the paddocks. You wouldn't want to go there anyway. The well runs dry very frequently so you can't water the horses and the arena and spray down your horse in a close timeframe. When I was there, there was some bacteria in the water so a sign giving notice needed to be posted. The horses were not fed on a regular schedule many many times. I do not recommend moving your horse here. Farm owners do not treat the boarders or employees with respect. Nor do they care for the horses well.
This barn has everything, a large indoor with full mirrors, 2 outdoor rings, great care and instruction.
