Coming from a former sales background, I was super-impressed with the knowledge of their salesperson, Wendy. Not only does she know the product inside and out, but knew the chemicals as well. Above and beyond service. Top end quality lines. I had an issue with my hot tub cover. Dennis went "above and beyond" to fight for me and now the cover manufacturer is replacing the cover. I HIGHLY suggest dealing with Evergreen. There are a lot of options out there, and we shopped initially. However, I will only use Evergreen moving forward. Terrific company!!

Wonderful selection We purchased our hot tub from Evergreen and had a wonderful experience. The prices were good, and the staff was able to fully explain all our options. We had some service issues and they even took care of us then, and sent someone out to fix it immediately. They also were patient with us when we called with questions about chemicals and such.
