My wife always wanted a hot tub but I did not want the hassle. We finally settled on a Softub from Evergreen and I am so glad we did. We use it every day, we watch the birds if we go in early and the stars if we go in late. It has been the perfect place and time to just talk. Even though maintenance is not too tough, I have had lots of questions and the folks at Evergreen have been unfailing in their responsiveness and helpfulness.
Same experience as others, was a customer for years and had a board go bad after 2 1/2 years. Tech was rude and said they don't work on tubs outside of Wa. Funny, they took my money for the tum and they took my 360 bucks last week for supplies but when it came to actual service I was told to pound sand.
