Hired this sheet metal company to make some metal for me. The product they sold me wasn’t made correctly (fascia metal hem completely smashed closed, causing tons of extra labor) and when I called to talk to them about it I was told that their whole shop was closed for some special project and that “if you need anything just give us a call.” But isn’t that why I was calling?
