Matt and his team were great to work with! He was very timely in answering all of our questions and the crew were friendly and careful with our home. The work appears well done and it would have taken me six months to do what they did in two weeks! Recommended
Matt and his team did a great job seismic retrofitting by bolting frame to the concrete foundation. Pony walling, bolting, insulating and bracing with strong plywood where needed. Always honest and on time. We are very happy with the job they did

He followed up with an in-person site assessment, providing illustrations of the construction work to be done and clear explanations of the design and permitting process. The project was scheduled and completed within a very reasonable time frame. Matt and Phill provided excellent service from day one. I could tell Matt was extremely knowledgeable from his thorough explanation of seismic retrofits. I knew our old home would be in great hands. Matt and Phil bolted our 1908 Craftsman to its foundation at a very fair price. In addition, they were flexible with timelines, accommodating our vacation and illness in our household.
