Matt and team did a wonderful job retrofitting our 1916 home. He communicated clearly and proactively during the consultation and planning meetings and over email about the planning and permitting process; the pricing was also competitive. We scheduled the work for a week we were out of town to avoid the noise with a baby, and we returned home to the completed retrofit that had already passed inspection! We would certainly recommend Evergreen to anyone.
We were so glad to work with Matt and his team at Evergreen Seismic for our seismic retrofit upgrade. We got multiple bids for the work and, as new homeowners, we especially appreciated the time spent educating us on the process and the care with which the team approached our home. Matt was wonderful to work with as well as timely and fast! We would highly recommend Evergreen Seismic for earthquake retrofit services.
I had a couple of contractors come out to give me a bid for a seismic retrofit. I chose Evergreen because Matt was very friendly, explained all the steps that would be taken and gave me a great bid. The job took a couple of weeks to complete and during that time, Matt and Phil were always on time. Matt and his team were great to work with! He was very timely in answering all of our questions and the crew were friendly and careful with our home. The work appears well done and it would have taken me six months to do what they did in two weeks! Recommended
Matt and his team did a great job seismic retrofitting by bolting frame to the concrete foundation. Pony walling, bolting, insulating and bracing with strong plywood where needed. Always honest and on time. We are very happy with the job they did
