Tannya is one of the worst executive directors at evergreen. She does not know what she’s doing or how to run the building everything has gone down hill since she’s started. Please do not consider this home for your loved ones. My brother lived here for about eight months. He was not in the best of health when me moved in, obviously, but I noticed a huge decline during his time there. First, I noticed some cognitive decline and asked for months for them to get him into a neurologist for testing. They kept saying "we've asked the doctor for a referral and are just waiting on an appointment". Pops has been with them for over two years, and they have one of the best staffs. It’s an amazing place, and I know it’s not easy, but they do their best to stay calm and provide help.
I can't speak highly enough about Evergreen. The staff is incredibly welcoming, the amenities are top-notch, and the sense of community here is unmatched. It's truly a five-star experience all around. Highly recommend!"
