I found them through my insurance as one of the contractors with them. They remodeled my kitchen due to a leak & I had them also put in a sliding glass door replacing french doors in my kitchen & I paid out of pocket for this to be done. They had to put in a new larger frame for the sliding glass door & after a few yrs..it started to leak. They came out reluctantly & cocked around frame on the outside..,why this wasn’t done correctly the 1st time..when they put it in., I have NO IDEA...obviously that was something they “forg... read more

You called us to warranty your work after 3 years. We do not warranty after 3 years. You can file a new claim with your insurance company. 2. You told me it never rains in your area. After water damage made it necessary to replace flooring, Evergreen’s staff came out and packed up everything on the first floor of our home, removed the old flooring and the baseboards, and then after new flooring was installed, cleaned, painted, and replaced the baseboards before moving all of our stuff back in. The crew was outstanding. They took great care of our home and our belongings and were very respectful of my family. They left our home cleaner than they found it! Evergreen was referred to me by my insurance company. I waited 2 months and they still had not done any repairs. They kept making excuses and pushing the date out but nothing was being repaired. I kept complaining to my insurance company because I couldn't understand why it was taking Evergreen so long to start the repairs. I signed a work order for them on April 23.
