A week after a bad experience with one of the Big O's in boise (West main location), my truck with its freshly replaced battery died on me when I made a pit stop for my pup in Idaho City. Miraculously, this place happened to be just across the street, so we went over and talked to the mechanic who was able to come right over and check it out. The cause? They stopped everything to fix my leaking tire after being told in the valley that there was nothing wrong with it. They found the culprit and now my kids and I can get the rest of the way home up Centerville Rd. They guys have always been super friendly and also helped my mother in law once when she got a flat. So glad to have them around :).
