I’m very disappointed with my acupuncture experience here. During the gua sha, the practitioner accidentally scraped a pimple on the back of my head and it started bleeding. I understand that accidents happen, but what bothered me was that she didn’t apologize or even tell me what had happened. I actually had to ask her if the area had been scraped and was bleeding. I had a wonderful experience with RMT Brynn today! She was incredibly thorough and attentive throughout the entire massage. I really appreciated how she consistently checked in with me about the pressure, especially whenever she moved to a new area, to make sure I was comfortable. She was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to address each area carefully. I left feeling relaxed and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Brynn and will absolutely be booking with her again!
