I visited the Langley City location for an RMT massage today, and it was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I usually go to the Willoughby location, but since it was a last-minute booking and I wanted a female therapist, I went to Langley City instead. When she started the massage, it felt like she was just rubbing my skin with no pressure at all. I asked her for more pressure, and she said okay, but nothing changed. I had my first 1:1 Pilates session today with Soyoung and learned a lot about posture and form. Even though it was only a 50min session I felt like I had a full body workout and was sweating from just simple movements! She was very thorough and encouraging and helped me feel confident about myself. I would definitely go back for more sessions in the future. The studio itself is very clean and staff were all friendly.

I've been going to Langley Evergreen branch for five years now. They have all programs/services I need. I've recently tried their Eve Therapy program and it was great! Dana, who provided the service was nice and professional. Everything went smoothly.

I’ve had a great experience here. Jin hu too is very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The treatments are effective and clearly tailored, and I always leave feeling better. The clinic is clean, well organizedp. Highly recommend.
