Rude front desk just hung up on me, they could have just said that it’s the wrong location (same clinic). The one working Friday in the evening.

My experience with Jocelyn Robertson was so good, her massage techniques were perfect she knew exactly what i wanted and she did amazing job , she was focusing on my painful points . Had my pregnancy massage felt so relaxed and pain free after massage . Thanks to her 👌🙌.
It was my first time to visit the Evergreen Willoughby location two months ago. The place is nice, clean and well organized and the staffs at front desk are very friendly and attentive to the clients. Especially my physio "Jaffy" is a top-notch person, he is a knowledgeable, excellent professional and qualified with a IMS/Dry needling too, so if you have a long standing neck & shoulder pain like me then he is the one, go-to-guy "Highly recommended"
I visited the Langley City location for an RMT massage today, and it was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I usually go to the Willoughby location, but since it was a last-minute booking and I wanted a female therapist, I went to Langley City instead. When she started the massage, it felt like she was just rubbing my skin with no pressure at all. I asked her for more pressure, and she said okay, but nothing changed.
