Our HVAC system's electronic air cleaner stopped working properly and service tech Erin came to check it out. He did diagnostics, identified the problem, and offered different ways to get the electronic air cleaner up and running again. He was very professional, clear on pricing, and answered all my questions. Overall great experience!
Professional and cordial service with lots of patient explanations! The technician Gerardo cleaned up the heat pump and furnace nicely and walked me through some elements of their shared operation. He also leveled the concrete pad of the heat pump and pointed out a couple potential upgrades on the furnace and pump, which we scheduled for later this year. All in all a positive experience.
It was touch and go for a minute, but tech Kody never gave up. He diagnosed the problem, brainstormed with his colleagues, and even after the first part failed and he had to come back the next day, he installed, and checked the new part, and my AC is back on just before hot days. This old veteran thanks you.
I honestly have no idea how they "acquired" their "five star" reviews. I had very bad experience with this company. If you wanna pay thousands more, go ahead and hire them. From other reviews, apparently they quote people (including myself) couple thousands for replacement of of the whole unit. UNNECESSARY! I got mine AC fixed with another (honest) contractor for a fracture of their quote. It turns out we only need to replace one part. btw, they also require you to pay upfront before initiating the repair. Stay away!
Nick G was a great tech - not only did he perform annual maintenance and replace a malfunctioning piece of my gas furnace, he identified some areas that could also use some additional work - helped me prioritize them so I can budget for the replacement service. He was on time and knowledgeable!
