$3,600 thermostat replacement? Service Manager Brandon not returning calls. Evergreen installed our furnace and air conditioner about 5 years ago. Our air conditioner stopped working so I called Evergreen for service. I explained that the furnace was working fine but when air conditioning was turned on, the internal fan ran but the outdoor unit failed to engage and no cool air came out. Great service. Erin did a great job, was courteous to me and conscientious of my home.
Estimate and installation went smoothly. I would use again however I’m removing a star because I needed to call in because our thermostat stopped working and was greeted by Hank an AI bot instead of a real human being. EDIT: Changing to five stars because our service tech Erin T was awesome and fully diagnosed some installation issues. Everything works perfectly now.
Your technician Tim was exemplary. He arrived on time and checked our 4-unit HVAC system inside and out. He confirmed through detailed checkpoints all was working properly. He provided an extensive tutorial regarding system operation, something missing since installation over 3 years ago. We are very pleased with our service call.
Will’s routine maintenance on my units are thorough, he always arrives on time and polite and performed his work with care.
