Before one year Everything in trailer is literally falling apart poor workmanship, bathroom and plumbing stink, we have owned several RV'S never did any of the bathroom smell the way this one does even chemically treated, would not recommend as soon as we can we are dumping it, sad
I have attempted to contact evergreen rv before my warranty ran out about some problems by email and no response. I have sent a total of 5 emails still no response. I will never consider the evergreen brand again and can not recommend them. My rv dealer Northside rv in Lexington Ky has been no better
Was headed to get things fixed 6/6/2016. Was called to re schedule for8/8/2016. Got to designated place to get repairs. Evergreen is no more which explains why I have gotten 6 to 7 weeks of busy signals every time I call. My wife has been in tears ever since. You could have told me the truth when you reschudled.
If I could leave NO STAR I would. Cheapest heap of crap that you could buy on the market. From CEO down to customer support - the lack of customer support and rudeness is so evident. I wrote letter to CEO - NO RESPONSE!! - about lack of customer service and their treatment to us......DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The trailer is so cheaply built that the slide-out after 18 months is virtually non-operational. Their 'warranty' is a load of bull-s*** and they won't honor it. We bought a 2012 Evergreen 29FK. We have had an absolute minimum of problems. We love the 'Green' aspect of the construction. Ours is 100% Compositek construction and we are happy that this trailer WILL NOT rot from any kind of water leak. We had a problem with the water tank and the company arranged to have a Jayco dealer in our area install a water tank that they shipped to that dealer.
