Second time I’ve been here and another great experience. The staff are so nice, facility is very clean and the process is so efficient. I got an x ray in about 10-15 min today from when I left my car and was back in. It was so quick!
I have a had a couple MRIs at Evergreen Radia and they were all pretty routine. Today they went above and beyond to take care of me. I have been dealing with debilitating sciatic pain and needed to squeeze in. I received a referral from my doc on Friday - neglected to act on it right away and called first thing Monday morning (today). Sent my bill to collections without ever sending me any bill and admitted they didn't have my correct address and I never got a bill, also they didn't bill my insurance? I'm pursing legal action at this point.
