I followed Dr. Leslie Surbeck here after she left HealthPartners Women's Clinic. I was very disappointed in HealthPartners for shutting down my primary clinic, but the silver lining was that it led to obtaining primary care through Evergreen Primary Care. I've been a member since shortly after they opened, and I love this model that bypasses the insurance companies and provides easy access to my physician. Top notch physicians, and affordable pricing. Highly recommend.
