This is a great little shop. They helped me navigate buying my first riding lawnmower at the Cub Cadet website, and also delivered it to me when it arrived. The owner (Rob) was the one who delivered it to me; then taught me how to operate it. He also gave me a brief rundown on general maintenance. This was a way better experience than it would've been had I bought it at a big box store! I recommend them.
Great experience!! Initially I was just looking for a Club Cadet to purchase next year. Rob too the time to educate me about the various features of the Club Cadet and made no effort to push me toward buying this year. Skip forward a week and after failure of my current mower I decided to buy this year. They made the process fast and easy with great pricing to boot!
You know is place has bad Customer service and I use to like it until I was lie to a while back I purchased a cub cadet side-by-side it only has 512 miles now and it threw a driveshaft. I called over there and asked them to help me. Poor Customer Service after the sale!!!!!!! Order some Cub-Cadet parts over a week and a half ago. Called back to check on the status of the order,,, Only to get one excuse after another on why they hadn't shipped the part even thou the had already taken my money.. Finally after 5 calls on Tuesday, and yelling at Robert.......and asking to speak to the owner ...
