Wished I'd read the reviews before contacting Sam. He came out immediately, gave me an estimate, and scheduled the work. Thankfully, I never gave him a deposit because all he did was flake after that. Excuses, delays, no returned phone calls. Tons of disappointment. Stay away from this guy.
