Evergreen Place apartments is an awful place to live, the landlady is rude and couldn’t care less about the residents. At one point she told me that I needed an appointment to see her, I asked her does everyone need an appointment and she said no just you. I was told that I couldn’t put anything on the door of my apartment and yet my next door neighbours had items on their doors. Horrible place to live!! I lived there for couple years, it took so long to fix any problems! The price for rent not even worth it! Too much for this! The manager, Brenda ,was trying to rip me off, saying that I need to to do professional carpet cleaning and pest control and clean everything! I paid for this and prepared the apartment for next rentals. After , we did check , on the day when I moved out, she said everything is perfect and clean .
