Beware. I was not explained anything properly, how it works, anything. Paid for my first service over the phone with a card and then they decided to keep it on file and continue charging it without my permission. I was paying monthly but they only come out every 2 or 3 months. Then tried to cancel services and they said I had to pay $290 as states in contract. Dion always does a great job! He is friendly, courteous, and always does a great job!
Stay away from this company very dishonest and unprofessional interesting tactic they use to keep customers. THERE’S A LOT BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE. If you look at their reviews speaks a lot about their experience and work. they’re scamming so much people. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will do what ever to keep you in or you’ll end up paying their ‘“low contract fee”’ Please resolve ur issues.
Had a great initial experience with evergreen. Our technician Alex was super friendly and helpful around our chaos. Although our initial interaction was well over time contact became less frequent and we started seeing bugs around our property within a year of using their services. Not as thorough as I would have liked from a pest company in the end.
Just want to brag on the wonderful service by Dion. So polite and communicative. He explained exactly what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Fabulous experience. Please send Dion in the future. He is a keeper 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
