Dr Lotz and and Zack were very professional, kind and patient! They answered all my questions with thorough explanations, which I truly appreciated- especially since I had no real knowledge of Orthodontics. Great atmosphere overall, and front check in staff very friendly as well!!
Dr. Lotz and her team are amazing ! As an adult needing to get braces again, I was nervous about the process. Brooke and Zach were so supportive during the initial assessment process. Throughout my 15 month orthodontic journey, all of the staff were patient and encouraging. Kaysi at the front desk is extremely professional and friendly. Andrea, Stephanie, Bree and Angii are also very positive staff members. If you can make it through the adjustment period of the first few months, you will be fine with Invisalign as an adult.... read more
