From the initial consultation to the final reveal, the process has been exceptional. Dr. Lotz is extremely knowledgeable and hands on. Her staff are all well versed in the process and administrative responsibilities. The response is rapid and the care and empathy are unique nowadays. I probably should mention that I am an older 60 + patient so there were definitely some challenges based on that status.
The staff was super nice & friendly. Brooke was amazing. Dr. Lotz is very informative as well as friendly. They did not disappoint. I’m glad I chose Evergreen Orthrodontics

The level of professionalism and hands on treatment process is something you’ll find rare among businesses today, but it is beyond exceptional at Evergreen Orthodontics! Dr. Lotz and her team are fantastic - every one of them is smiling, cheerful and welcoming. I started with Invisalign and quickly realized I wasn’t a great Invisalign patient. I switched over to real braces and in less than a year my cross bite was fixed! Very happy with the results. Wear your rubber bands! :)
Dr. Lotz and staff were extremely warm and welcoming. Excited to start my journey to my perfect smile with them!
