I have been impressed with this office since day one. The staff is amazing and Dr. Lotz is a great orthodontist. I even brought my daughter to start her treatment. I highly recommend this practice. If I could give 10 stars I would. Hands down one of the best dental practice I've ever seen.
Today, I had my braces removed, and I’m thrilled to share that I now have a fantastic and amazing smile! Dr. Lotz and her team are truly exceptional. Her expertise has made my smile perfect. I genuinely appreciate the time and individual attention they gave me. They exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond during my long braces journey. Fortunately, it didn’t feel that long at all because they are family here. I love them all.
I cannot recommend Dr. Lotz and the team at Evergreen Orthodontics enough! I started my journey at 38 after discovering I still had a baby canine tooth. Dr. Lotz diagnosed the issue immediately and also pointed out that my bite was causing my bottom teeth to chip. This was a concern that would have only worsened over time. She created a complex and brilliant treatment plan that involved pulling the baby tooth and surgically exposing my impacted adult tooth. What a fantastic experience! Dr. Lotz and her staff do a great job explaining the process and different options available to patients. In addition to that, they have created an office with an atmosphere where patients feel seen, heard, and comfortable.
