Today was my second visit to Dr. Chen’s office, and I am truly grateful to have found such a caring eye doctor and wonderful staff. The front desk staff, Joyce, is kind, professional, and welcoming. And Dr. Chen took the time to carefully explain my eye condition and even showed me images on the computer so I could better understand what was happening. Dr. Chen is very thorough and has excellent bedside manner. He has urgent appointments available and his front desk staff is also very nice. He was very knowledgable and helpful and I would not hesitate to go back to him and will be referring my family and friends to his clinic as well
