This was my first time having an eye exam on my own, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. Dr. Chen guided me through the entire process step by step and clearly explained each part of the examination. He also took the time to answer my questions and made everything easy for me to understand. Went for an occupation-related vision test and was impressed with the thoroughness that Shoujun and his team operates with. He was able to discover a minor nuance that my vision was afflicted with that no other ophthalmologist had discovered yet. It's a testament to Evergreen's attention to detail and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
My first visit to Dr. Chen's office was quite a pleasant experience. I have never had a thorough eye exam done with such professionalism. I haven't had my prescription updated since 2018 back in Winnipeg, I've been in Vancouver since 2019 but I was quite nervous to check on my overall eye health and let it drag on until recently. Today was my second visit to Dr. Chen’s office, and I am truly grateful to have found such a caring eye doctor and wonderful staff. The front desk staff, Joyce, is kind, professional, and welcoming. And Dr. Chen took the time to carefully explain my eye condition and even showed me images on the computer so I could better understand what was happening. Dr. Chen is very thorough and has excellent bedside manner. He has urgent appointments available and his front desk staff is also very nice. He was very knowledgable and helpful and I would not hesitate to go back to him and will be referring my family and friends to his clinic as well
