A very pleasant experience. Each of the the ladies were very nice. The texting would be my only complaint. I am becoming more resistant to computer usage, preferring the human contact. I found Dr. Goecks to be very professional with excellent bedside manners. She took the time to make sure I completely understood all the nuances of my upcoming surgery. She answered all my questions thoroughly and ease my mind with any concerns that I shared with her.
