I recently had a disappointing experience with Evergreen Surgery, where I felt neglected and overlooked. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate my concerns through letters, I was met with resistance and dismissal. I’ve been a patient at Evergreen Oak Surgery for most of my life, and unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been great—especially over the last 5 years as I’ve gone back and forth with no progress on the chronic pain in my legs. What prompted me to leave this review is my recent experience with Dr. Zaw, a relatively new doctor at the practice. I’ve seen her twice now.
