I have a very good experience at Evergreen Nissan. I am new here in Canada and I already went to Nissan to inquire about a vehicle. When they gave me a very good rate, I didn’t hesitate and decided to purchase the car right away. All the staff are really nice especially Jasmine. She helped me a lot with everything that I need and even after I bought the car, every time I have an inquiry she’s only a text/ call away. I recommend the Nissan Evergreen and they are with the top-most for the service.
Absolutely pathetic service. Truck went in 5 times for service engine light. Was diagnosed as Mass airflow system. Sensor was replaced at nearly $600. Problem reoccured weekly. Had to go back every week ( live out of town 80 kms away). Every time a different excuse. Another sensor, then a new air cleaner, then excuse of faulty sensor. Last time ( same problem) service manager was on holiday and after discussing problem with him I will get a phone call. It is now 3–4 weeks and still waiting. Absolutely pathetic service. me personally im satisfied about the service mostly one of the sales person jasmin she help me a lot in terms of processing our papers when getting my pathfinder suv i don't have any issue its so fast to get my approval.thanks jazmin god bless.
Love the service, details in the report and customer service. Only complaint is when they top up the windshield washer fluid, it is like they use water! If you are not putting in top of the line fluid for the season - please don’t put anything in.
