ENB has been a well-loved bank in the Evergreen area for decades, and an undeserved bashing from a disrespectful customer is totally without merit. Staff there serve the banking community with integrity and compassion. Say whatever you like, long-time customers like myself will tell you that ENB is a wonderful, helpful, customer-oriented bank that enjoys community support and gives back to the community in many ways. I am so glad I bank here! Everyone is always SO helpful and kind. Even when I don’t totally understand every thing they take the time to explain it to me so I leave happy and I’m not confused. They also try to be part of the community and check in on their customers. Ms. Jasmine is on of my favorites she is so good at what she does, always kind and efficient!
DO NOT bank here! Today I went to the bank to ask some questions about my accounts. I went in with my husband. The teller verified my identity. After asking some questions about why we were charged an overdraft fee , even though the account never went negative, and the teller started to become hostile, not listening to our complaints and not even looking at the information we had, we finally decided we wanted to close the accounts and bring our business elsewhere. Evergreen Ripoff group bought an auto loan I had with another bank, which I never had a single issue with. The second Evergreen bought the loan I’ve had non stop issues from random fees being added, horrible customer service, automatic payments not being drafted, forced placed insurance added ($3,400)even though I had insurance coverage they tried to sneak it in a add it to my account.
