My experience with Evergreen National Bank has only ever been very positive. Personable staff you can always talk to directly. I had a land loan with them for a few years and the experience was great, particularly as a local resident.
It’s just a local bank that charges a lot of fees, poor customer service at all levels. No incentive as far as savings rate returns. Go to BMO
AVOID! Unfriendly, poorly trained staff. Dysfunctial Banking for you. Bank is mismanaged by incompetent leadership. Sloppy bookkeeping. Terrible with communications.
ENB has been a well-loved bank in the Evergreen area for decades, and an undeserved bashing from a disrespectful customer is totally without merit. Staff there serve the banking community with integrity and compassion. Say whatever you like, long-time customers like myself will tell you that ENB is a wonderful, helpful, customer-oriented bank that enjoys community support and gives back to the community in many ways. I am so glad I bank here! Everyone is always SO helpful and kind. Even when I don’t totally understand every thing they take the time to explain it to me so I leave happy and I’m not confused. They also try to be part of the community and check in on their customers. Ms. Jasmine is on of my favorites she is so good at what she does, always kind and efficient!
