My husband and I had an excellent experience at Evergreen Cemetery. Ana Molina, Family Service Advisor, was extremely considerate and patient in helping us with pre-planning. She explained burial packages, prices, and services clearly. She also drove us around the cemetery so we could choose a plot. We are very pleased and have peace of mind with the arrangements we have made. We highly recommend Ana Molina and Evergreen Cemetery for any end-of-life needs.
Everyone goes through different emotions while arranging for their loved ones funeral services, I am speaking from my experience with respect to "customer service". Planning my brother's arrangements were indeed stressful and overwhelming but Evergreen did utilize a supportive approach which helped me and my family feel confident in allowing them to take care of the planning.
