I tried calling in for an appointment and asked if they had any later openings that day but the receptionist just said "no" and didn't bother to elaborate or offer any other times that a doctor was available. It didn't seem like she even wanted to talk to me but I also asked if they accepted walk-ins and she said "yes but only if you come in right now". That is not what a walk-in means? Please hire a new receptionist because this interaction left me with a horrible impression of this clinic.
Ever since bajwa left full time this place is a gong show. Tanzela is a irresponsible doctor.she gave me meds saying it was for one thing but it had absolutely nothing to do with it. When I called her out on it she refused to see me as a patient anymore. Coward. Haven't been back at all since and I've made sure everyone else I knew who went here steered clear. You can literally kill people with that

Please read Carefully: If You are a Doctor at this place, you guys really need to do something about your receptionists. Training or something because this is absolutely unacceptable. The receptionists and service at this clinic is absolutely ATROCIOUS. The Receptionist flat out refused to book a follow up appointment for a physical while i was on the premises even though my doctor told me to ask her to.
