I called this company 4 weeks ago and they didn't return my call for4 days so I called back and left another nice message and they still did NOT get back to me for another week. Finally - after 3 weeks Hollis called me back and apologized and we set up a time for him to come look at my 2 lawns. He didn't show and didn't text me or anything. So I texted him back 3 days later and the next day he texted me and said he would come by the next day. And he blew me off AGAIN! I am NOT impressed by this company. This is a great company and our lawn looks better than it has in years!
Evergreen did a soil amendment as well as weed and feed. My lawn looks fabulous. No more brown patches.
Positive update: These guys really care about customer satisfaction. They are always very responsive and never try to push extra services. They are ready to answer questions though and do offer all the services I need and more. Thank you Hollis and team! I tried 3 other lawn care companies and had terrible experiences. These guys took the time to explain things to me, physically check my lawn, and make a plan to actually help me achieve my goals. Hollis is great and very helpful and knowledgeable. 100% recommend!
Evergreen has been so great to work with. They have gone out of their way to help us and also they always communicate very well. I would recommend them to anyone.
