My lawn was in decent shape, but had Evergreen come and aerate, overseed and fertilize and it looks better than ever. Fair price too.
I don't usually leave reviews but this calls for it. I have a nice home, it's beautiful in some ways, it sits on a large lot back from the street with a nice approach, many flowers, window boxes and arbor. People enjoy it. But for some time now the main compliment I get is about the LAWN! For some reason its the one thing that people mention. Even family.. I maintain my yard myself and I'm no pro! I mow, and water.
