I bought a new construction home with an installed irrigation system. The Rain Sensor never worked and when I reached out to have the issue fixed a few months later they said they would charge me $95 to evaluate their mistake. A reputable company would stand behind their work and not charge a consumer for their mistake. Look elsewhere for a professional landscaping company.
