They took my money and did not show up to clean the snow and will not answer calls
DO NOT HIRE! I initially hired them for lawn work, they did ok. The main guy Sheldon initially seemed ok. He offered snow removal contract, promising all these things. Since we have two young children we struggle for time so we thought the deal sounded good for us so we paid $847 for this winter season. STAY AWAY. These people are professional thieves. Like many others have experienced here, I paid in full upfront for snow removal for the season and they have not shown up (we've had 3 to 4 significant snowfalls since the season began). We have been texting, calling and emailing them for the past week after 2 substantial snowfalls and they are not responding. Looking to take legal action against them. Absolutely despicable.
CUSTOMERS BEWARE. Hired this company for residential snow removal from Nov 22 to Apr 23. Paid half cost up front. They came twice for light snowfalls, but first major snow this past week and they did not show. Left multiple messages but 3 days later, still unable to contact them through texts and 3 different phone numbers. Seniors left dealing with unsafe conditions and scrambling to find someone available immediately to clear snow in order to get car out of garage, at a premium cost. Very stressful and totally unnecessary.
