RecommendedDrove from Lakewood WA to visit the Spruce Goose but by the time I got there you couldn’t visit the cockpit. Too hot up there. Disappointed 😞. The museum is well worth the visit though and if you get there early enough you get to see the cockpit. Give yourself plenty of time particularly if you want to watch the movies 🎥 and go to the water park.
Only place to see the Spruce Goose. My husband and I flew half way around the world to see it. Definitely a bucket list for him.

Such a great museum- excellent displays, organized, clean, great info and details, exhibits. We especially loved the volunteers and staff there, every one was so friendly and welcoming- and full of great information. Many were retired military and so great full for their service, both active and volunteer time at the museum. Our family could have been there all day... Well worth the visit and hours of time spent there!

Amazing display of Aviation and Space history! Great for all ages young and older. My son and I love spending time there almost once a week! if you live locally I highly recommend purchasing a season pass. Based on what tier pass you get, you can bring friends and family to enjoy while in town😉
