The receptionists were nice however ost: I arrived before my 7:30 a.m. ultrasound appointment, but the ultrasound technician didn’t arrive until about 20 minutes later, and my appointment started approximately 15 minutes late. After my ultrasound, I returned to the waiting room for my 8:00 a.m. X-ray appointment and waited another 20 minutes before being called back. They refuse to check your insurance for a cardiac calcium score. They make you pay at check in. Then when told by the insurance company it is covered. They refuse to pay you back.
For the life of me, I can't understand all the negative reviews. I have had two separate ultrasounds and a CT Scan here. I have nothing but great things to say about Evergreen and its people ~ from the initial contact via telephone to schedule the appointments and/or any follow-up inquiries on either end ~ to the front desk people and the actual technicians. Lots of bad reviews but I'll give mine, the women at the front desk and the radiology techs all were extremely cordial and did a great job. I have zero complaints about the experience and even after having difficulty getting a proper injection site for contrast they resolved the issue and I was in and out in a short amount of time for my CT scan. Had none of the scheduling or appointment issues any of the other reviews have mentioned either, they were prompt and organized.
