Lots of bad reviews but I'll give mine, the women at the front desk and the radiology techs all were extremely cordial and did a great job. I have zero complaints about the experience and even after having difficulty getting a proper injection site for contrast they resolved the issue and I was in and out in a short amount of time for my CT scan. Had none of the scheduling or appointment issues any of the other reviews have mentioned either, they were prompt and organized.
Don't ever go there. They takes 2-3 weeks just for simple report. Everytime they says new timeline for report and reason over phone if they attend the call. No proper response, person at reception is very worst and can't handle any questions.
Three weeks no test results. But got my bill. Terrible service. Bounced around to various people, excuses, empty promises. It’s a daily call now with no end in sight.
This is worst imaging center. I will never go to this center ever in my life .they just rob the money. I gave my X-ray for foot and when I asked clearly about the results they said in 1-2 days I should get results and when I checked on 4th day they said it is usually 3-4 business day . when I checked 5 th business day they said it’s 4-5 business day and sent the results on 6th business day. My Doctor sent me there for an x-ray of my back. The staff was extremely friendly and able to get me in quickly. My doctor expected the results within a day or so. I had the image done on Tuesday Morning. On Thursday my Doctor called them and the image had still not been read. On Friday I called. They told me it takes about 4 days for the images to get read and a report issued. On Sunday my Doctor got the report. I am never going there again.
