Double booked me for an Airbnb, after phoning 7+ times and being ignored I emailed and reached out. It’s been 2 days and still nothing. This company left me and my family stranded on a long weekend and didn’t even have the decency to respond. I hope they get banned from taking Airbnb bookings to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Shame on you guys.
