We went to see 4 other builders before Evergreen & none of them had lots big enough for a 3 car garage which was a non negotiable for my boyfriend. Lucky for us there were 2 lots big enough & we decided on the biggest one to get our custom home built on. As first time home buyers, we really had no idea what we were doing.
