Easy 5 star rating. I have been so excited to write a review about this team. We have worked with Evergreen homes on two projects over the last 5 years. We completed the build of out forever home in two phases. Not only was Evergreen willing to work with our budget and phased timeline they provided the same level of care and service throughout the entire process. We visited the Royal Terrace site in its early development phase and decided after numerous visits and discussions to elect the Sahalie 2000 sqft plans to which we brought some modifications to our taste. Thanks to the Sundstrom's flexibility they delivered the house we really like. With new constructions there are often challenges and with our house we faced little to no issues due to the distinctive efforts from our builder to provide a quality workmanship and product.
