Evergreen Homes worked with us to customize a home for our family’s needs. It’s a well designed home, and they helped us during the design process. We liked using a family owned builder who was building in a small development. There were some problems, but they were willing to work to resolve them. We did move in before everything was done, and it has taken months to finally get them all done. Part of that can be attributed to COVID delays. Our building supervisor, Dave, has been wonderful to work with during the process.
