I had a great experience working with Tracy during my move from Evergreen Heights to Pinnacle Sonata. He was always kind, patient, and very helpful whenever I had questions. Editing this as the management has now actively taken up the issue and has been prioritizing the fix for us. Chris and Samantha have been extremely responsive on emails. Looks like it is better to stay in touch with them on email once a maintaince request is raised. They respond kindly and promptly to our request. The new grills by the pool are so nice!!! It was 87° yesterday and if we didn’t have a huge pool to cool off in, I would have been miserable. Some people may not appreciate the guys, but i sure do. They take care of this pool every day, and I always see them working no matter how hot it gets. Very appreciative of this community and everyone who helps run it.
Evergreen Heights is a great community with lots to love! There’s an updated gym (twice the size it was when i moved here 2yr ago) a blue pool, and a friendly staff that is always eager to help. Chris and Nate always take care of things here! Thank you for everything :)
Had a great experience with Katarina and the whole office team. Everyone was very helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout the process. They answered all my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. Really appreciate the excellent customer service!
