Very kind and gracious! My 89 yr old mother’s very old hearing aid stopped working. As she is very hearing impaired and suffering from dementia, we really needed help. We’ve never been a client before but when I called, they squeezed me in the next morning. Chris Gustafson took one look at my mother’s hearing aid and said “I see the problem.” He cleaned it and showed me how to clean it. When I asked the price for the small tool, he gave it to me! We are very grateful!!
