They cancelled my order after a week and just because I reminded them that it not sent, yet. Cancel due to their pricing mistake. I needed it urgently due to health issue. Definitely would not try again.
Ordered items online on the Saturday. Issues with their systems on the Thursday. I cancelled order the same day, as an option in email. Chased up answer five times, to more than one contact address, without answer. They sent out the order anyway. I had to ring and get them to take back the items. A month and a half later, they finally picked up the item. A week later and still no refund. I wouldn't bother going near them again. There are plenty of good alternatives in Ireland.
New company headquarters. Nicely renovated building.
Perfect health
