I really appreciated her accountability and respectfulness. She always called me back in a timely manner. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Review of Fountain Bleu nursing home located in Livonia, Michigan I am writing this review to express ongoing and serious concerns about the quality of care and communication at this facility. Karen and her team were amazing. I had the pleasure of interacting with the Activity Department, and I must say they are outstanding. The team is organized, compassionate, and deeply committed to enriching the lives of the residents. Each activity is thoughtfully planned, engaging, and tailored to meet the needs of the participants. It’s clear they not only enjoy what they do but truly care about the people they serve. Hello my auntie has been at fountain Bleu since 2023 and we love it here. The staff is very nice especially Sheila the concierge and Aaliyahthe central supply young lady. The building is clean and my aunt loves her roommate. OK Sheila Yep, this is nice.

Fountain Bleu is a very clean and organized facility. I have become very close with the staff they are very welcoming. And every time I go in there everyone has a smile on there face. The management is also great.

My brother was there for a rehabilitation stay, when he left some of his new clothes got lost, the administrator asked me for a list of the clothes and searched for them but was unable to find them. I told her to forget it but she took it upon herself to go out and replace the clothes, I was very surprised and pleased that she went to the trouble. I guess its a common thing to lose patients clothing doing laundry but she made it right. The facility is very clean, all personnel are very friendly, and willing to help.

RUN...don't walk from this facility before placing anyone you love or care about in there! PLEASE check their reviews thoroughly and any violations they may have. We placed our loved one here for two weeks for rehabilitation after he was discharged from the hospital after having a severe accident. There were so many things wrong here I don't know where to begin! I am sitting in this place for Ortho Rehab as I am writing this. If you care for your loved one, I recommend you steer very clear of this place. Not only are they understaffed they literally do not care about your needs and concerns. There are some great nurses and aides, therapists are good, but they are few. If you put your call light on prepare to wait 20-40 minutes to get a response. If you bitch enough some of the higher ups will come in and make a few promises that are not kept.
