I am a new patient here and switched here because of how bad communication was at my last primary. However, bad communication apparently is just the norm at doctors. It's very, very difficult to get answers from people. Constant hold times, voice mails that aren't returned, portal messages that aren't answered. No response about bloodwork and test. Everyone, from the receptionist, nurses an doctors are all amazing. Very welcoming.
I love my PA Emily, she has listened to me far better than any doctor I’ve been to, is incredibly nice, and explains everything very well! I got blood drawn at the Quest inside of the building and Shawnee was also super awesome!! Normally blood draws are tricky for me, but this was by far the easiest experience and we made great conversation during it! The women at the front desk are also very kind and welcoming, I can’t recommend this place enough 🙂
