The best care coordinators. The office staff is so helpful. Remember they're humans helping others nothing is perfect, but they try so hard for every patient. The help you and they help other people too. I'll recommend this program to everyone.

The Jamestown location is wonderful. This one star review is for the Elm Street, Buffalo office. I have never been treated more rudely by nurse in my entire life. I was attempting to set up care for my trans son, as it's the only trans location that treats minors. Never. If how I was treated over the phone is a sign of how they treat their patients I would rather die. The worst healthcare experience I've ever had.
